My Journey Into Rapid Transformational Therapy
Self Care After Trauma
I am famous to friends and family for finding all kinds of things out there that will change your life quickly and get you on the road to being successful. I have tried and failed at all of them. Looking back, after an RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) session, I realized that things like the Law of Attraction had at their core, the belief that the Universe was working for you. I had a deep-seated belief that the Universe was out to get me. No wonder it didn’t work.
I even tried doing things the long way, traditional talk therapy. No luck there either. I started working with different coaches and gave up quickly. I not only lost my hope that there was a way out of “white knuckling” my life. I was still watching it crash and burn.
But here I was again, I had, in the span of one month, lost my business of 30 years and had some hit and run driver take my brand-new car out of commission for God only knew how long because the manufacturer couldn’t get the parts needed to put it back together again.
I had to find out why all these types of things kept happening to me. What had I done to deserve this loop of loss over and over and over?
Rapid Transformational Therapy
I didn’t hold much hope for the Rapid Transformational Therapy thing when I first heard about it. It just seemed too easy. I had tried hypnosis before and, to be honest, it didn’t work. Probably because I am not a real visual person so chasing a butterfly through the forest in the clouds for 20 minutes before any suggestions were made just left me feeling that this was just some woo-woo thing that wasn’t going to work for me.
But here I was again, I had, in the span of one month, lost my business of 30 years and had some hit and run driver take my brand-new car out of commission for God only knew how long because the manufacturer couldn’t get the parts needed to put it back together again. I had to find out why all these types of things kept happening to me. What had I done to deserve this loop of loss over and over and over?.
What is Rapid Transformational Therapy?
So, I gave RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) a try. I finally found the beliefs that were keeping me stuck and not allowing me to steer my life confidently into the future. I had wanted to get into a field where I could help people for a long time. Probably since I first read “Little Nurse Nancy” back in kindergarten. I just couldn’t do it with things that I knew didn’t work. As it turns out, almost all of them would work. I just had so many beliefs that I wasn’t enough and I didn’t deserve to have anything good in my life that I stopped them from working.
I found something with RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) that I knew could help someone and allow them to move into a freedom that would allow them to create an amazing life for themselves.
So, what exactly is Rapid Transformational Therapy? RTT was developed by Marisa Peer, a renowned author, speaker and therapist with over 30 years of experience treating clients around the world, from all walks of life and with all kinds of issues. It is a hybrid therapy based on neuroscience that offers unparalleled results by combining the most beneficial principles of psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, neurolinguistics programming (NLP), and cognitive behavioral therapies. This award-winning combination delivers permanent change from physical, emotional and psychological pain by reframing core beliefs, values, habits and emotions that are deeply rooted in the subconscious mind.
See What Rapid Transformational Therapy Can Do For You!
I remember that one of the first things that I ever heard in the realm of self-improvement was from Tony Robbins who tells you that you must tell yourself a better story if you are going to change the trajectory of your life. RTT allows you to do just that. It doesn’t have you change the story, facts are facts, but it does allow you to change the interpretation of those facts so that you can change the beliefs that are no longer serving you. When we change the beliefs, the interpretations we made about events when we were children with no life experience, we change the behaviors and therefore we change the experiences and results that we have in our lives.
Once you know where the faulty beliefs have come from, the root cause, then you can reinterpret and rewire the brain’s neural pathways with new, updated information that allows us to create different experiences. RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) reprograms your brain so that it is receptive to positive suggestions.
I have been amazed at how much RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) has helped me. No, I don’t have a life that exists with no obstacles but now I believe in my capabilities of handling and overcoming whatever challenges present themselves and I know that I am worthy, for the first time in a long time, to have phenomenal success in my life.
