Maybe you know something needs to change.
Maybe you have a goal you've been putting off.
Maybe you've spent years taking care of everyone else and are finally asking yourself what you want.
Or maybe you simply have a feeling that there is more waiting for you.
You don't have to know exactly what that "more" looks like before you begin.
That's where coaching can help.
My job isn't to tell you who you should become. It's to help you discover what you truly want, recognize what may be holding you back, and begin creating the person and the life you want to experience.
I don't believe my clients are broken.
I believe they are capable women who sometimes lose sight of their own strength, possibilities, and choices.
Life can teach us to doubt ourselves.
Our experiences can create beliefs about who we are and what we can have.
Sometimes we become so accustomed to living within those beliefs that we stop questioning them.
Coaching gives us an opportunity to step back and ask:
What if the way I've been seeing myself isn't the whole story?
What if something different is possible?
What if I'm capable of more than I thought?
That's where transformation begins.

You are the expert on your own life. I don't have your answers—and I don't pretend to.
What I bring is experience, perspective, curiosity, and the ability to ask questions that can help you see yourself and your possibilities differently.
I'll challenge you when you're playing smaller than you need to.
I'll help you recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
I'll help you clarify what you want and why it matters.
I'll encourage you to take action when fear tells you to wait.
And I'll remind you of your capability when you've temporarily forgotten it.
This is a partnership.
Your life.
Your goals.
Your choices.
Your transformation.
The way we think about ourselves and our lives matters.
Our beliefs influence what we notice, what we expect, what we attempt, and what we are willing to believe is possible.
That's why our coaching conversations may explore:
What are you currently believing about yourself, your circumstances, and your future?
Who are you today—and who are you becoming?
What patterns and beliefs may be operating beneath your conscious awareness?
Can creating a vivid picture of the future help you begin moving toward it?
How might clarity, intention, belief, emotion, and action work together to help you create meaningful change?
What happens when you begin focusing your attention on possibility rather than constantly reinforcing limitation?
What becomes available when you stop assuming that your current circumstances are the limits of your future?
These ideas aren't about sitting back and waiting for life to magically change.
They are invitations to think differently, see differently, and act differently.
Because possibility without action remains a dream.

I've lived enough life to know that life rarely follows a straight line.
There are seasons of building.
Seasons of uncertainty.
Seasons of loss.
Seasons of success.
Seasons when everything changes.
And sometimes, we find ourselves beginning again when we never expected to.
I've built careers.
I've owned a business.
I've raised a family.
I've experienced relationships, loss, challenges, successes, mistakes, and reinvention.
And I've learned that none of us ever really "arrives."
We're always becoming.
At 72, I'm still learning. Still growing. Still asking questions. Still discovering what's possible.
That's what I bring to coaching.
Not a perfect life.
Not all the answers.
But a lifetime of experience that has taught me that people can change, circumstances can change, and the future can look very different from the past.
And if I've learned anything, it's this:
One of the things I love most about coaching is sharing the lessons I've gathered along the way.
Some were learned easily.
Others were learned the hard way.
But each one taught me something about resilience, possibility, self-trust, relationships, courage, failure, success, and beginning again.
I'll be sharing those lessons here through coaching, articles, and videos—not because I have life figured out, but because I've lived enough of it to know that there is always something new to discover.
And perhaps something I've learned can help you see your own life differently.
Coaching can help you explore questions such as:
What do I really want now?
Who do I want to become?
What beliefs are keeping me from moving forward?
What would I do if I trusted myself?
What if I stopped allowing my past to define my future?
What would become possible if I believed I was capable?
What is one step I can take today?
You don't need to answer all of these questions at once.
You simply need to be willing to explore.

Different women need different levels of support.
That's why Freedom Transformed offers several ways to begin.
One-on-one coaching for women who want personalized support as they create meaningful change in their lives.
Together, we'll focus on your goals, your beliefs, your identity, and the person you're becoming.
Transformation doesn't have to happen alone.
Small-group coaching provides the opportunity to explore growth and possibility alongside other women who are ready for change.
Sometimes you don't need a long-term program to get started.
You need time and space to step back, gain clarity, identify what's keeping you stuck, and determine your next step.
The Freedom Forward Session is a focused opportunity to begin.
This may be for you if:
You don't have to be certain.
You just have to be willing to consider:
You don't have to have everything figured out.
You don't have to know every step.
And you don't have to wait until you feel completely ready.
You can begin with a conversation.
Let's talk about where you are, where you'd like to go, and what may be standing between the two.
No pressure. No obligation. Just a conversation about what's possible for you.
